This policy explains what categories of information Scontrino processes and in what context. It is intended as a plain-language summary and does not replace any agreement between you and Scontrino.

We do not operate the public marketing site to collect personal information from the general public. Casual visitors browsing pages such as the homepage are not asked to submit personal details for profiling, advertising, or similar purposes solely because they viewed the site.

Scontrino is a tool for professionals and organizations managing client work. We process business-related information about your clients—including for example receipts, expense details, and contact or routing information—only in connection with providing the service, and when you or your clients voluntarily share that information with the platform to use features such as collection, processing, and reconciliation of expense documents.

If you register an organization account, we process account, authentication, and billing data needed to run the service (for example sign-in and subscription records). That processing is separate from passive browsing of public pages and is governed by your relationship with us as a customer.
